WHEN SHOULD WE BEGIN A PHOTOGRAPHER SEARCH?
The best time to search is as soon as possible after you have a date,                    
ceremony site and reception site set.

HOW DO WE SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION?
We always offer a free, no-obligation consultation for anyone considering us         
for their wedding portraits. Please call for available times and we will make            
arrangements.

WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE CONSULTATION?
You will have an opportunity to view many samples of our work. We will also          
spend some time going over our packages, prices, and what types of                    
portraits you are looking for. Click

DO WE HAVE TO BOOK AT THE CONSULTATION?
You can certainly book right away, but we are not going to pressure you.              
We understand that you are probably weighing all your options and may               
need to speak with family and friends. We will, when requested, hold your             
date for 1 week without deposit.

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?
We require a $225.00 reservation fee at the time of contract signing.

OTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS REQUIRE A CERTAIN PERCENTAGE OF THE
PACKAGE PRICE AS THE DEPOSIT, WHY IS YOURS SET?
Unlike others, we reserve the whole day for ONLY you. We don't book more than
one wedding per day. We don't feel it makes any sense to charge you a higher
deposit if you want a larger package. We want you to feel comfortable choosing
from all of our packages, not punish you for wanting something more.

CAN WE CUSTOM CREATE PACKAGES?
If we don't have a package you like, we can create one for you.

DO YOU DO ENGAGEMENTS?
We do have some packages where the engagements are included, but you          
may add an engagement session for a nominal fee.

HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS DO YOU USE?
For the majority of our weddings, we will have 2 photographers. Weddings
booked on short notice may only have 1 photographer depending on prior
scheduling.

HOW ARE YOUR PRINTS PROCESSED?
We always use the best professional photo labs available. We will not                    
sacrifice quality for price. Additionally, we adjust all color on each photo                
ourselves.

HOW EARLY ON THE WEDDING DAY DO YOU START?
It's totally up to you. We typically arrive 2 hours prior to the start time. We             
only book one wedding per day, though, so we can start as early as you               
want.

WHAT STYLE OF PHOTOS DO YOU TAKE?
This again is up to you. We do both traditional and non-traditional shooting.          
We will go over your requests prior to the wedding date. We always take               
plenty of candids of your family and friends.

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU TAKE?
We will take between 250 - 400 photos depending on the size of the                      
wedding.

DO YOU DO TOUCH-UPS?
We do our own touch-ups free of charge. In addition, we offer                                
black-and-whites free of charge. We only charge a nominal fee for photo              
tinting.

DO YOU ALLOW OTHERS TO TAKE PHOTOS?
We do not mind others taking photos. In fact, we have offered to use a                  
guests camera for them so they can be in the picture! The only thing that              
we ask is that they understand we are professionals, and have been hired            
to do a job. Excessive photo requests by others may delay the time that we           
are able to complete the formals. Also, others taking pictures at the same             
time may cause some in the photo to be looking at a camera other than                
ours, or eyes to be closed after their flash. Remember that you are paying            
us for your photos.

CAN WE GIVE YOU A LIST OF PHOTOS WE WANT?
Of course! We provide a generic list for you to fill out, but we encourage               
your participation.

SHOULD WE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO FEED YOU?
Please don't. We appreciate having water or soda available, as our work               
can be dehydrating, but we do not expect to eat. We enjoy our jobs, and               
absolutely do not want to miss a great photo opportunity because we are              
eating.

WHEN DO YOU LEAVE THE WEDDING?
We will never leave without checking with you first. Typically, we start                     
finishing up after taking some general dancing shots. Before we leave                   
though, we make sure there is nothing else you need.

CAN WE MAKE OUR OWN COPIES OF THE WEDDING PHOTOS?
We do offer two different ways that you can do this yourself. The first is to             
have your selected package photos placed on a CD. The other is to have             
ALL your photos placed on a CD. Both have different prices. It is illegal for            
you to make copies without our permission, as our work is copyright                      
protected.

DO YOU ACCEPT TIPS?
We will not accept cash gratuities from anyone. The size of your order,                  
recommendation of us to others, or a personal letter of gratitude mean so             
much more to us than cash.

HOW ARE YOUR PACKAGE PRICES SO REASONABLE?
Because we are a family run business, we don't have to charge you for                 
additional staff. Also, we keep our prices low by working on location only,              
and not having the expense of a studio we don't need.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT THAN THE OTHERS?
The first difference is that we will almost always have two photographers at your
wedding. Second, we are there for your day. We don't limit our time to only a
couple hours...you planned too hard for that! We will photograph  your
preformals, formals, ceremony AND reception. They are all included in our
packages, no hidden costs. Finally, you actually get real photos in our packages!
You are not going to hire us just for some tiny proofs. You are hiring us for
pictures, and that is what you are going to get!
